Inside Sales
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Purchasing and Sales team to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Development Representative for further development and closure
- Work with operations as needed to provide necessary guidance and clarification to satisfy customers commitments
- Close and achieve weekly/monthly goals
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Responsible for progressing the development of business within existing and prospective contracts for Rentals and Sales
- Use company technology to solidify relationships with customers
- Work independently to progress towards company goals
- Close dealer sales and rental orders
- Respond to online sales inquiries
- Complete sales requests for outlying locations
- Liquidate cycled out equipment
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Preferred Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Proven inside sales experience with a knowledge of movable medical equipment
- Strong phone presence and experience with lead generation
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Abilities and Skills:
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Computer proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel)
