We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations. ️ Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians across the property
- Perform and oversee general maintenance, including drywall repair, appliance repair, and basic carpentry
- Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance and functionality
- Coordinate make-ready tasks for new tenants and conduct maintenance for occupied units
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, and dispatch additional support when needed
- Handle pool maintenance and refrigeration systems as required
Write routine maintenance reports and document correspondence - Perform other duties as assigned by management
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in industrial or residential maintenance
- Experience with building management systems (BMS)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, appliance repair, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
