POSITION OVERVIEW
The BSA Operations Officer supports the Compliance / BSA Officer in ensuring the proper execution of the BSA / AML work streams, such as transaction monitoring, researches and resolves and conduct investigations within the system.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists BSA Officer in preparing for regulatory examinations and independent audits.
- Assists in the compliance with 314(a) research.
- Reviews alerts to detect suspicious patterns and activity.
- Performs the 90 Days Tolerance Review.
- Performs the annual periodic review for high-risk accounts.
- Reviews the MSB accounts’ supporting documentation.
- Reviews the employees’ account activities.
- Complies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training
