Job Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be a key player in US Mobile’s growth strategy. You will manage the full sales funnel—from prospecting and generating leads to closing deals—focusing on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and non-profits. This role is ideal for someone with proven B2B experience in SaaS or Telecom, who is results-driven, strategic, and thrives on creating and closing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full Funnel Sales Management
Identify and qualify leads through outbound efforts such as cold calls, emails, and social media. Nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Lead negotiations and close deals effectively, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
2. Market Segmentation
Target SMBs and non-profits, understanding their operational and communication needs. Develop tailored strategies to penetrate these segments and deliver impactful value propositions.
3. Pipeline Building & Reporting
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).Track and report progress against key sales metrics, adapting strategies as needed to hit goals.
4. Email Domain Management & List Building
Warm up email domains and rotate IPs to maximize email deliverability. Build contact lists using advanced techniques, including web scraping and other automated tools. Develop and execute personalized email campaigns to engage and convert prospects.
5. Collaboration & Innovation
Partner with the marketing team to align messaging and optimize lead generation campaigns. Collaborate with leadership to improve the sales process and identify new opportunities for growth.
6. Continuous Learning
Stay updated on US Mobile’s product offerings and industry trends in Telecom and SaaS. Apply innovative sales techniques to outperform competitors.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales within SaaS, Telecom, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success managing the entire sales funnel, from lead creation to deal closure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Skilled in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., Outreach, HubSpot).
- Expertise in email domain management and tools for contact list building and email automation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $70,000-$90,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 - $140,000, including commissions and bonuses
