We are looking for an experienced and proactive (Senior) HR Manager/Generalist to take ownership of our HR function. In this role, you will be a partner for general manager, and you will play main role in developing and implementing HR policies and processes that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize HR frameworks. Enhance, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company’s growth and strategic goals.
- Lead talent acquisition. Oversee the entire recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new employees.
- Drive performance excellence. Manage performance management processes to foster employee growth, engagement, and success.
- Champion learning & development. Develop and implement training programs that empower employees and enhance skills.
- Cultivate a thriving workplace culture. Foster positive employee relations, address concerns proactively, and contribute to a strong, engaged workforce.
- Leverage technology for efficiency. Optimize and manage the newly implemented WORKDAY HR system to streamline HR processes.
- Be a trusted business partner. Collaborate with senior management, providing strategic HR advice and guidance to support business objectives.
- Influence leadership decisions. Offer both solicited and unsolicited insights to senior management, helping shape HR and organizational strategy.
- Ensure compliance and best practices. Stay ahead of labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies remain compliant and effective.

Qualifications:
- Education & Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- HR Experience: Proven experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- HR Certifications: Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional) or PHR (Professional in Human Resources) are a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Good experience with HR software systems (e.g., Workday)
- Legal & Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze HR data and generate reports on key HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee performance, and compensation trends to support business decisions.
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Skilled in handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Talent Acquisition Expertise: Proven recruitment skills, with the ability to hire top talent and support business leaders in recruitment-related decisions.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent communication, with the ability to build trust and collaborative relationships at all levels within the organization.
