We are seeking Locker Room Cleaners who play an essential role in the US Open guest experience.
The Role
- Ensure that the locker rooms are clean, stocked and well maintained while providing excellent customer service.
- Clean, dust and vacuum locker rooms, showers, and bathrooms
- Maintain an adequate supply of towels
- Restock, toiletries, paper products, and other items as assigned
- Assist with the cleaning of the Player Locker Room(s)
- Empty trash receptacles and dirty towels
- Notify the Manager of any maintenance concerns
- Maintain an account for all supplies provided by the NTC Team
- Wash Clothes as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are
- Prior guest or customer service experience preferred.
- Thorough understanding of cleanliness standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Available for full duration of the US Open.
- Flexible to work 8 hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive team player.
- Ability to remain composed in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Salary: $17 per hour; overtime eligible
- $35 daily meal allowance during tournament (via credential)
