The medical director will be responsible for providing inpatient rehab care, working with a flexible and diverse team. The independent practices are anchored with inpatient rehab and supplemented with hospital consults and/or SNF and/or LTAC.
Our physicians have the choice between an independent contractor (1099) and employed (W-2) pay model. This flexibility allows them to focus on their work without unnecessary overhead.
