Job Description
We seek a skilled Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our in-house legal team. You will be responsible for assisting and supporting the General Counsel and other attorneys within the Legal Department on various matters related to the operation of a nationwide provider of rehabilitation services. You will also serve in a support capacity by organizing files for different legal documents.
Responsibilities :
- Organize, file, and maintain contracts and corporate records.
- Process applications and forms for state licensure, annual reports, and other local regulatory filings.
- Manage corporate entity information for 150 family of corporate entities.
- Assist in the review of records requests.
- Assist with the organization / maintenance of company litigation files.
- Perform other duties in support of the legal department as needed.
