Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain sufficient inventory of retail products and sell stamps, stamped paper, and other postal services
- Use a computerized system to accept and deliver packages and accountable mail
- Issue and cash foreign and domestic postal money orders
- Provide product and service information to customers, including informing them about special offers
- Suggestively sell merchandise and promote products based on customer needs
- Handle and process customer purchases and returns relating to products and services
