What You'll Do:

The Senior Director of Marketing leads the organizations marketing strategy to elevate brand visibility, engage key audiences, and drive the success of our programs, events, and initiatives. This role integrates strategic thinking, compelling storytelling, creative design, and exceptional project management to ensure that our marketing efforts align with the organizations brand promise of reliability, innovation, and customer-centricity. This role demands a strategic and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about supporting innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Communication:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the organizations mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage brand identity to position the organization as a leader in digital infrastructure and transformation services for businesses.
  • Craft communications campaigns that give voice to our brand and reach target audiences.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set marketing goals and KPIs that support organizational growth.
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders to expand the organizations reach.
  • Document and share stories from within our community that increase exposure within US Signal market footprint.

Design & Creative Oversight:

  • Ensure all marketing collateral meets high-quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Develop creative assets, including website updates, event branding, program materials, and social media campaigns.
  • Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers (in-house or freelance) to produce compelling content.
  • Experiment with innovative storytelling methods and emerging media trends to highlight success stories and US Signals positive impacts.

Project Management & Team Leadership

  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize impact.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a small marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity and accountability.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key external industry leaders, organizations, and influencers to broaden market influence and impact.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, reporting outcomes to the leadership team.

Required Experience:

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant work experience; Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in technology marketing, with a proven track record of success across digital infrastructure solutions.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership qualities that make you well-suited for this position including visionary and strategic thinking, assuming additional responsibilities that drove success and showcased your ability to lead by example, strong communication skills that display your ability to articulate ideas and strategies.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency with marketing technologies such as 6sense and Demandbase, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • ??Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with business development, sales, customer success, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Brand Management: Experience managing brand guidelines and ensuring consistent application across various channels and touchpoints.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
