Position Overview:
We’re seeking dynamic and driven Appointment Setting / Inside Sales Representatives (hybrid role) to drive Solar’s growth from our Houston, MO location. Ideal candidates are experienced communicators and influencers, skilled at creating a positive and engaging customer experience and ensuring customer satisfaction that aligns with Sun Solar’s commitment to excellence in renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Appointment setting: You act as a liaison between the customer and company to ensure effective communication and manage expectations. It's possible you are the first point of contact with the company, so you always have a good attitude and give our clients a positive experience. You will be involved in conducting follow-up calls and contacting potential customers and explaining our business. Ensuring that customers are happy gives you a great sense of accomplishment!
- Inside Sales: You will engage with potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our solar products and services.
- Conduct virtual consolations to understand customer needs and propose customized solar solutions
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the solar industry to provide accurate and relevant advice to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective and individual sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Must have experience in a call center, telemarketing and/or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Basic technical knowledge of solar systems and products (training will be provided)
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Candidates must successfully pass initial interview focusing on their sales acumen, motivation, and understanding of the solar industry
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods.
Compensation / Benefits:
These positions are on a draw/commission pay structure with uncapped earning potential, with the opportunity to earn $80,000 per year based on performance.
