What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Aquatics position at US Swim School Association?
Aquatics director is responsible for all day-to-day pool operations, the overall planning, development, management and supervision of all aquatic programs of the site.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure safety in and around the pool area.
- Report toupper management and coordinate all programming, facility management between all site staff.
- Manage all aquatic staff and program schedules.
- Document all necessary reports including incident reports.
- Enforce compliance with all safety regulations among staff and patrons.
- Schedule lessons, programs and events for the swim / day camp program.
- Train and supervise aquatics staff, including lifeguards and maintenance.
- Will oversee the entire operation during the weekdays and report tomanagement.
- Adhere to all health protocols.
