Job Description :

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Clinical / Life Science G&A In-house Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As part of our recruitment function, you will focus on supporting the hiring needs of the General & Administrative (G&A) and Clinical teams. Your role will be critical in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a wide variety of positions within the life sciences industry, including clinical research, regulatory affairs, laboratory, operations, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities :

  • Review, screen, and interview potential candidates for job openings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.

    • Experience :

  • 5 years of experience as a recruiter, ideally in-house.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
