Administrative / Operational HR Specialist Role
Brokerage is seeking an HR Specialist to join the HR Employee Solutions team. This function provides operational and advisory support to our HR Business partner teams, as well as to employees and managers across the firm on a number of processes across the employee lifecycle. The HR specialist will primarily focus on HR generalist processes.
Responsibilities include the following :
- Providing comprehensive Tier 1 administrative support, including case routing, responding to administrative employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations, all while upholding confidentiality, timeliness, and attention to detail
- Working with employees, managers and HR Business Partners on a range of sensitive employee matters, including medical accommodations, leaves of absence, and background check escalations
- Documenting appropriate case notes in a centralized system and escalating matters when needed
