Administrative / Operational HR Specialist Role
Client is seeking an HR Specialist to join the HR Employee Solutions team. This function provides operational and advisory support to our HR Business partner teams, as well as to employees and managers across the firm on a number of processes across the employee lifecycle. The HR specialist will primarily focus on HR generalist processes.
Responsibilities :
Providing comprehensive Tier 1 administrative support, including case routing, responding to administrative employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations, all while upholding confidentiality, timeliness, and attention to detail
Working with employees, managers and HR Business Partners on a range of sensitive employee matters, including medical accommodations, leaves of absence, and background check escalations
Documenting appropriate case notes in a centralized system and escalating matters when needed
Experience :
Bachelor's degree required with at least 1-2 years of HR generalist experience
Skills :
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect
