" Professional Engineer
" Specification development and/or technical writing experience listed
" High voltage equipment experience
" Powerplant experience
" Power generation experience (hydro or otherwise)
" ETAP or SKM listed as a familiar software
" Arc flash experience
" System protection experience
" Provides engineering/technical expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis and resolution of routine problems in area of expertise.
" Assists in the accomplishment of business goals and objectives through effective planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring of work activities under the guidance of higher-level employees.
" Prepares thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations and sketches associated with the resolution of routine technical problems.
" Conducts basic engineering studies requiring little evaluation or ingenuity.
" Possesses knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures.
" Develops positive working relationships to effectively coordinate work activities. Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills. Maintains accurate records and files.
" Supports the company's goals and represents the company positively and professionally.
" They effectively apply fundamental concepts and procedures to work that is fairly complex and varied. - e 10 years discipline experience
1. Will this worker be performing any physical labor? Occasionally walking up several flights of stairs and working from heights and on scaffold could be required
2. Will this worker be required to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)? If so, what kind? Hard Hat, Steel Toe Boots, Safety Glasses, Flame resistant and arc flash apparrel
3. Will this worker work in the field, plant, lab or office environment? Field, plant, and office
4. Will this worker encounter any hClientardous work conditions? If so, please explain. Electrical safety, working from heights, power plant safety
5. Will this worker be required to lift as part of their duties? If so, how many pounds on average? No
