- Client is looking for a Technical Content Writer to lead our documentation of our complex operations, build handbooks, and product features for our customers.
- In this role, you will influence how we deliver zero-touch cost controllership and scaling experience for thousands of SDO builders and service owners.
- You must have experience writing documentation for APIs, SDKs, components, and tools. Your documentation will be used by internal software developers.
- This position requires precise documentation and clear communication and presentation skills, along with a solid understanding of software engineering.
- If you are interested in contributing to and earning customer trust in how our automated decision-making systems execute 100Ks of monthly capacity procurement and allocation action for 100 events per year across 20 stores and thousands of services, then this job is for you.
