Duration : 3 Months Contract (Possible Extension)
Job Description :
- Hours / Schedule : Mon to Fri split schedule, could be 830-530 or 10-7, 1 hour lunch unpaid. Schedule may include Saturdays and overtime may be required. Contract Only
- Onsite training for about 3-4 weeks. Not remote, the job requires you to be onsite.
- Customer service oriented, clerical, and verbal and written communication skills preferred. Strong communication skills, great work ethics, dependable, teamwork, time management, and critical thinker. The administrative assistance would come in each morning and review all emails and appointments at the beginning of the day.
- Throughout the day this individual would answer the phone and make outbound calls to confirm appointments for the next day. At the end of each day the admin would provide the agents with their list of appointments for the following day.
- Assist members with any customer service needs during our peak season of the year.
