You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of benefits programs and services to 50,000 employees across over 75 countries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, including managing meeting logistics, agendas, notes and follow-ups, budgets, status and stakeholder updates
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and milestones
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and clients
- Managing and tracking project expenses, budgets, and financial reports
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
