Job Description
The Operations Coordinator will work closely with leadership to support the coordination of multiple operations needs, including tool room and supply room organization and inventory management. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing priorities and resolving conflicts for requests from multiple operations leads, operators, visitors, and other site teams
- Create and maintain accurate records of tools, supplies, access lists, and material requests
- Organize current tool room and supply room to ensure stock in support of daily operations tasks
- Order and track tools and supplies needed to maintain available inventory
Requirements:
- Proficiency using office software such as Microsoft Office
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills to work with all operations team members
- Knowledge of SAP and experience as an operator in a factory or depot environment
