Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the coordination of multiple operations needs, including tool room and supply room organization, inventory management, and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leadership to prioritize and resolve conflicts for requests from multiple operations leads, operators, visitors, and site teams.
- Create and maintain accurate records of tools, supplies, access lists, and material requests.
- Organize and optimize the current tool room and supply room to ensure stock levels meet daily operational requirements.
- Order and track tools and supplies to maintain available inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills to work effectively with operations team members.
- Knowledge of SAP and experience working as an operator in a factory or depot environment.
