Engineering Events Strategy Marketing Manager

Job Description :

  • The ideal candidate is a strategic collaborator with strong project management skills, an analytical and creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • We’re looking for a senior manager who can help us orchestrate a beautiful experience for attendees and users’ executives that attend our programs. Experience working on producing in-person events is required for this role.

Responsibilities :

  • Program Management & Leadership : Oversight on end-to-end aspects of event strategy, planning and production.
  • Budget Management : Understanding of events costs and managing budget requirements with S&O / finance / procurement, and agency partners.
  • Strategic Planning & Communication : Events planning and execution pro, with experience managing various stakeholders including senior executives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with various workstreams across Cloud Marketing as needed to ensure seamless execution and maintain a cohesive overall strategy. This also includes agency partners, cross-team stakeholders (Sales, Product teams, etc.)

    • Experience :

  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to influence business leadership.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with working teams.
  • Prior experience working on events 7-10 years of experience.
