At US Tech Solutions, we are seeking an Engineering Operations Director to lead our power plant engineering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing plant technical support, developing long-term plans and budgets to maintain and improve equipment performance.
- Managing capital and O&M projects by following prescribed procedures to develop design options and/or recommendations for system and equipment improvement initiatives.
- Working with plant personnel, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful completion of assigned projects.
Requirements:
- A minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in an industrial facility or in support of an industrial facility with project or design focus involving the maintenance of various types of equipment.
- Demonstrated project management experience required.
- Strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities required.
- Strong understanding of Power Plant Processes and Equipment.
