What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resource Administrative Assistant position at US Tech Solutions?
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Maintain, and update employee information in ADP Workforce Now.
- Assist management in creating and/or updating company policies and procedures
- Assist with recruiting and on-boarding efforts
- Assist with new hire orientation.
- Coordinate and Schedule Company-wide meetings
- Review monthly reports for employee accuracy
- Conduct benefits, and Employee feedback surveys
- Verify and Process I-9 documentation
- Monitor Platinum’s HR email account
- Maintain all Human Resources departmental files in SharePoint
- Process all work assigned by Human Resource Manager
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience (Preferably HR)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus
- Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks.
- Must be responsible, reliable, and dependable.
- Must be able to adapt to changes, delays or unexpected events.
