Job Title: Associate Digital Systems Support Specialist (IT Support Specialist)
Duration: 06 months contract
Location: Hershey, PA
Pay Range: $29.00 to $31.00/hour on W2 without benefits

Summary:
- Provide IS technical support and client support for plant IS systems
- Work under direction of Plant Digital System Support Specialist
- Support Corporate IS efforts involving computers and networking systems at the plant level such as IT hardware refreshing
- Provide IS support services to help users identify, evaluate, implement and maintain computer-based solutions to business problems
- Ongoing responsibilities include hardware and software support for Windows PC’s, printers, virtual environments, network infrastructure, time clocks, bar code systems, phone systems, and paging system.
Responsibilities:
- IT systems: Provide on-site support for IT infrastructure. Help facilitate Windows desktop/laptop installation and maintenance.
- OT systems: Support automation/controls software and licenses required on technician PCs, support VMs on user computers.
- End User Support: Respond to plant user support needs related to PC software and hardware, printers, and plant applications. Respond to corporate IT Help Desk and work with plant DSS.
Top Three Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows environments and networking
- Understanding hardware refresh processes (PC’s specifically)
- Ability to efficiently troubleshoot client issues
Must Haves (i.e., years of experience?) Ideally –
- Associates degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science or related field.
Software Skills and Purpose (if applicable):
- Industry Experience: Ideal 1-3 years’ experience in IT/OT support
- What do you foresee as being the biggest challenge in this position? Large plant to support
