About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Logistics Management Assistant at US Tech Solutions.
The Logistics Management Assistant will be responsible for supporting the coordination of multiple operations needs, including tool room and supply room organization, inventory support, and record-keeping.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing priorities and resolving conflicts for requests from multiple operations leads, operators, visitors, and other site teams.
- Creating and maintaining accurate records of tools, supplies, access lists, and material requests.
- Organizing the current tool room and supply room to ensure stock in support of daily operations tasks.
- Ordering and tracking tools and supplies needed to maintain available inventory.
- Completing forms for tracking tools and supplies and other records.
Requirements:
- Proficiency using office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Experience with strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills to work with all operations team members.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Excellent prioritization, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Focused on Safety and Team collaboration.
