- Sort and process incoming mail, reviewing claims for completeness and accuracy.
- Batch and scan medical claims according to specific criteria.
- Prepare RTP forms as needed and sort timely filing appeals.
- Correct keying errors by re-scanning paper batches.
- Compile data into spreadsheets and maintain document control procedures.
- Oversee mailroom supplies and serve as backup for the courier.
- Access files as requested and control document flow within the department.
