Job Summary

Essential Duties
- Monitor associate FMLA files, maintain associate leave of absence progress, and provide status updates to management
- Respond to and direct incoming call inquiries and reception coverage
- Ordering and maintenance of department office supplies
- Sorts and processing of company mail, UPS, DHL, and FedEx
- Maintains and updates filing systems
- Review incoming correspondence and compose responses as appropriate
- Coordinate and participate in department meetings or conference calls and maintain and report minutes of meetings
