Job Summary:
Support the global benefits and well-being team as a Project Coordinator for 6 months (with possibility of extension) in a hybrid/onsite work schedule.
Description:
The team is responsible for health & welfare, retirement, life & disability, well-being, and other programs for 50,000 employees across over 75 countries. Primary focus will be on supporting benefit programs in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Project coordination for multiple projects, including managing meeting logistics, agendas, notes, and follow-ups, budgets, status, and stakeholder updates.
- Organize and manage day-to-day administrative tasks of projects and ensure project deliverables and milestones are met.
- Track deliverables and provide reports to the project manager and other stakeholders.
- Deliver standard department and/or project dashboards, modify as needed.
- Provide administrative support to VP and other team members, including calendaring and coordination for large meetings, onboarding/offboarding team members, and assisting with other duties as needed.
- Support live events/benefit/well-being fairs/meeting room logistics.
Top Skill Requirements:
- Project coordination for multiple projects, including managing meeting logistics, agendas, notes, and follow-ups, budgets, status, and stakeholder updates.
- Self-starter and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project management tools (i.e., Smartsheet, MS Project). Well-versed in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Aptitude to quickly learn new software.
- Highly organized, meets deadlines, and deliverables.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or partially completed degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of project coordination experience.
