Job Role: Python Developer
Location: Hybrid, 3 days/Week in office, 2 Days Remote in any of the following Locations : ( Pittsburgh, PA 15222 / Strongsville, OH 44136)
Duration: 3 months with possible extension or possible FTE Conversion
Contract Type: W2
Shift: EST
Days of the week: Mon-Fri 40 hours
Working Hours (Flexible): 8 AM – 5 PM only
Acceptable time zone(s): EST
Travel:. 1-2 times a month: traveling to Pittsburgh for any meetings using the shuttle. Do not need to travel twice in a month, but at least once.

• Developer Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ability to leverage understanding of business requirements to build optimal solutions.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining data processing pipelinesData analytics of semi-structured and/or unstructured data to address business problems within the Credit Risk financial domain.
• Develop easy-to-use documentation for the frameworks and tools developed for adaption by other teams
• Provide full operational support – analyze code to identify root causes of production issues and provide solutions or workarounds and lead it to resolution.
• Participate in the full development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, and operations support.
• Perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Dedicated and committed approach with good communication skills and participation in agile ceremonies.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
• Python, Hands-on software development and design, Experience in version control using Git
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
• Pyspark, Pandas, AirFlow, Unix/FTP/ File Handling
Soft Skills:
• Communication

- Level 2; 3-5 years
Role Differentiator:
•Greater exposure to the bank’s core financial process and the technology used to support them. Exposure to Linux cluster-based high-performance computing platform. New products like Dremio and Thoughspot.
Interview Process:
