Description :
This position is a business support role in Sample Coordination in Quality Control.It will involve interacting with multiple functional areas including Raw Materials, Manufacturing, Stability, Contract labs and internal Company's labs.LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) will be the primary system used to perform the majority of the job functions.Must Have Skill Sets :
Experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)Knowledge of Raw Materials, Manufacturing and Stability Samples and Testing of SamplesExperience with Microsoft OfficeDemonstrate independence and ability to produce quality work under minimal directionGenerate complete, accurate, and concise documentation using electronic systemsDetail orientedHigh energy individual who can multi-task and handle a fast-pace, dynamic work environmentComplete training on assigned tasksComply with safety guidelines and site-specific proceduresBasic Qualifications :
High school / GED and 4 years work experience OR Associate’s and 2 years work experience OR Bachelor’s and 6 months work experience OR Master'sSkillset :
Regulated industry experience, detail oriented, LIMS experience, Veeva, Tableau, and customer service experience.Day to Day Responsibilities :
Assemble and deliver LIMS Packets for upcoming Manufacturing ProcessesLog jobs into LIMS to support teamReview and Release Certificates of AnalysisCommunicate and Coordinate Contract lab testingHelp revise and create documents in Controlled Document SystemReview reports and transcribe data into LIMS from Contract and Analytical Science LabsSupport additional tasks as needed by the teamAbility to Carry, lift, push / push up to 25lbs.About US Tech Solutions :
