Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join the Bioanalytical Sciences group within the Therapeutic Discovery and Translational Sciences (TS&BA) department. This is a lab-based role that offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge bioanalytical research in a collaborative and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan and execute immunoassays, including ELISA and ECL.
Participate in method validations and perform analysis of biological samples.
Ensure accurate data analysis, interpretation, and technical problem-solving under GxP regulations with some supervision.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate results clearly through written and verbal communication.
Operate specialized laboratory equipment, with preference for automation systems like Hamilton or Tecan liquid handlers (if experienced).
Day-to-Day Activities
Perform immunoassays (e.g., ELISA / ECL) and method validation tasks.
Prepare and analyze biological samples with a focus on data integrity.
Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions under GxP regulations.
Maintain high-quality documentation of experiments and results.
Qualifications : Basic
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
3 years of laboratory-based research experience in academic or industrial labs under GxP regulations.
Proficient pipetting technique.
Strong experience with ELISA / immunoassays.
Preferred
Hands-on knowledge and experience in regulated bioanalysis and quality-focused environments.
Experience with automation systems (e.g., Hamilton or Tecan liquid handlers).
Strong computer skills and ability to operate specialized laboratory equipment.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented research environment.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
