Job Description:
- This role will be remote, with office hours from 8am-8pm EST.
- We are seeking a highly experienced individual to provide safety and risk evaluation expertise to our REMS customers.
- Candidates should have a strong background in risk assessment, customer service, and healthcare industry knowledge.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality education and support to healthcare professionals on Safety and Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) best practices.
- Ensure patient safety and REMS program compliance through proactive and reactive outreach, educational assistance, and operational support.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve REMS processes and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; prior healthcare experience or a background in risk or compliance preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
