- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement space management strategies
- Analyze space utilization data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for optimization
- Design and implement effective space management processes to meet business needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum two to four years of experience in space planning, design, or corporate real estate environment
- Background in design, architecture, workplace planning, and strategy desired
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and deal with changing priorities and/or requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as required supporting moves
