Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- In depth knowledge of industrial vending machines
- Follow through and the ability to organize time and work
- Strong computer skills
- The ability to make decisions based on customer requirements/expectations
- Excellent communication skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively
- Ability and willingness to be on call, work overtime and odd shifts
- Ability to work remotely
- Ability to make decisions of significance with limited information
- Experience with vending equipment repair AutoCrib at a minimum is preferred
- Operational experience with vending software AutoCrib at a minimum is preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supporting the vending equipment from the office location by providing phone support and/or remote connection via computer
- Operational support of vending software including suggested configurations
- Will determine, based on solid troubleshooting skills and judgement, parts needed to repair vending equipment that is not functioning correctly and may impact customer production
Daily Responsibilities:
- Repair and install automated vending machines
- Work closely as a part of USTGs IT Department to administer appropriate vending software updates
- Extensive maintenance of existing and new vending machines
- Provide remote and/or onsite software and hardware support
- Train customer and other USTG employees as needed
- Support and troubleshoot vending software problems and operation
- Support and troubleshoot vending equipment problems and operation
Physical Requirements:
- 20-50% Standing/Walking
- 50-80% Bending, Kneeling, Stooping
- 25% lifting up to 50 lbs.
