Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Onboarding Assistance: Help new hires with onboarding paperwork and orientation.
- Benefits Administration: Support the HR team in benefits enrollment and renewal processes.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and documentation.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure HR documentation complies with labor laws, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
- General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, maintaining HR databases, and assisting with other HR projects as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- MS Office Suite Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint.
- Data Entry: Fast and accurate data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure error-free record keeping.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees at all levels.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR support role.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
