The Continuous Improvement Project Manager at U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC will drive operational excellence and lean manufacturing processes throughout the plant.

This role is responsible for establishing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and solving complex problems using creative approaches and industry-accepted methodologies.
  • Develop and execute project plans to achieve cost savings and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to improve existing processes and increase safety.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating Kaizen events and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or 10 years of equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and coaching skills, with the ability to develop Lean experts throughout the plant.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence leadership across functions.
