- Plan and direct daily shop floor quality activities.
- Supervise hourly inspection personnel to support manufacturing schedules.
- Oversee Quality Engineers to meet customer expectations.
- Work with metrologists and technicians to provide full PPAP layouts.
- Develop supply base to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Implement continuous improvement plans for equipment and the overall department.
- Reduce costs related to production and MRO supplies.
- Foster working relationships with associated departments.
- Establish and maintain effective communication vehicles.
- Understand, communicate, and follow all company policies and work rules.
