Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer database of all documentation, including but not limited to contact information, contracts, cancelations, and amendments
- Follow established procedures for processing and posting cash receipts
- Investigate and resolve customer queries regarding overdue payments
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Collect data and prepare weekly metric reports for management
- File liens as necessary
- Generate and distribute invoices
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytic and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under the pressure of deadlines
- Ability to effectively prioritize
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting is preferred but not required, as well as any relevant certification

- A/R Collections, 3-5 years (Required)
- Microsoft Excel, 3 years (Required)
Position:
- The Accounts Receivable Manager is an in-office position in New Port Richey.
- $25.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience
- Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
