Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enhanced Information Technology operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across various departments.
• Conduct statistical analysis and data modeling to inform business decisions and identify trends.
• Oversee IT risk analysis processes to mitigate potential issues related to fraud prevention detection and underwriting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the current Company IT partner team to gather data collection insights that support operational improvements.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and stakeholders to optimize service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on IT operational effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in operational processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
