Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily operation and completion of customer service and utility billing generated service orders and scheduled meter reading routes.
- Conduct routine meter service area maintenance activities, including skilled pipe work, testing, installations, repairs, and other related duties as assigned.
- Interact with utility customers by phone, in person, or written correspondence to address their concerns and resolve issues.
- Participate in the coordination of activities between the Maintenance Department and Customer Service Department to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and client expectations.
