We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Leadership Director to join our US0056 Sysco Boston, LLC team in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual to lead our Regional Sales Team and drive business growth.
As a Sales Leadership Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of District Sales Managers and sales associates to service and develop local customers within the region. You will also be accountable for delivering the agreed-upon financial plan, coaching, training, and performance management of your team members.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience leading a B2B sales team. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, based on market research and industry standards. This role requires minimal travel, up to 10% within the region.
