Description :
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Anaplan team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in New York City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an Anaplan Model Builder / Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Anaplan to support incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting processes.
We will count on you to :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop Anaplan applications, including data models and dashboards.
- Maintain and optimize current Anaplan models, capturing and delivering requirements for new or improved functionality to enhance user experience.
- Provide technical / application support and troubleshooting for Anaplan applications, working closely with end-users to resolve system-related issues.

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
