Production Line Operator

Responsibilities for Production Worker: • Responsible for safely following standard work instructions corresponding with job tasks • Loads material into machine using mechanical devices, hoists, pay offs, fork trucks • Use human machine interfaces (touch screens), hand tools, power tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools • Adjusts machine controls to regulate line speed, color, steam pressure, temperature, water level and tensions • Examines products for any non-conformances or work in our state-of-the-art quality assurance department where we test 100% of our material to various industry standards • Work as a team to change over complex equipment • Use computer programs to record production, scrap, downtime and finished goods while also accessing work instructions, training documents and safety documents on the shop floor • Responsible for adherence to company policies Find more on Youtube: https://youtu.be/hLkyUQ0B8Dw and Prymsian Group: https://youtu.be/kGCeVR0aSGE Requirements for Production Worker: • Previous work related experience beneficial • Must be able to work 8 hour shifts with 4 hours of mandatory overtime • Must meet requirements for background and drug testing policies • High school diploma Prysmian Group, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills and abilities, who will enhance the quality of service and contribute to the Group’s success.
