You will foster the cultivation of a learning-driven culture across the company, ensuring that all initiatives align with business goals. In this role, you will take ownership of creating, implementing, and continuously improving enterprise-wide learning and development strategies. Your ability to adapt, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and leverage your expertise will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and documenting organizational and operational processes to improve program effectiveness and drive sustained business success.execution. In this role, you will: Develops effective L&D programs and materials based upon customer needs, making regular modifications to programs where vital. Provides enterprise perspective for projects to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. Ensures consistency in the delivery and application of learning standards across the business and supervises the planning, prioritization, and development of new programs, ensuring that these are consistent with the business overall strategies, objectives, and needs. Conducts analysis to identify and define present and future needs Introduces the latest and most applicable trends for inclusion in the overall strategy, maintaining and updating programs, and ensuring an innovative approach within the business. Implements, evaluates, and benchmarks L&D projects in alignment with strategic objectives Consults and supports business partners on various training-related projects, programs and plans development. Delivers and facilitate multifaceted trainings, in various formats (classroom, web-based, blended) Leverages the LMS (Workday Learning) to execute and manage program delivery #LI-Hybrid What we look for: Experience 7 years of demonstrated experience in Learning & Development teams, with specific experience building tailor programs aligned to customer needs across the company, integrating trends and technology. Knowledge of agile project management, Kirkpatrick Model for training evaluation, ADDIE instructional design a plus. Experience designing materials based on adult learning principles and diverse styles. Strong background managing LMS and supervising program delivery, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust reporting capabilities.
