We are currently hiring for a reliable Building Permit Administrator. This position will have full responsibility for managing building permits for both of our locations. The position will track information across multiple platforms and other tasks ensuring smooth running of our company’s office. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy.
Responsibilities include:
Proactive communication with our customers, as well as other members of our team
Create and update records in several databases.
Scanning and uploading documents to Dropbox.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Building Permit Administrator, or relevant role.
Outstanding phone communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organizational and detail orientated skills.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
