- Duties:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Maintain appointment calendar
- Perform general office tasks such as filing and data entry
- Assist with organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures
- Bilingual Preferred but not necessary
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a office, or related field is advantageous
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience as a office assistant or clerk is a plus
