The Role : Business Development Representative As a Business Development Representative , you'll be at the forefront of our growth, driving new client acquisitions and helping businesses stay protected with world-class IT & Cybersecurity solutions. Key Responsibilities :

Crush your sales quota by acquiring new clients and building lasting relationships.

Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities.

Cultivate a network of referral partners to generate qualified leads.

Become a trusted advisor, guiding prospective clients through innovative technology solutions and cybersecurity strategies.

Your Day-to-Day :

Manage and expand services for new clients with a focus on long-term success.

Develop and execute cold-calling strategies, create proposals, and drive client relationships.

Prospect for leads via networking events, LinkedIn, and strategic partnerships.

Own the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal submission and follow-up.

Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients by working hand-in-hand with Account Management.

Stay ahead of the competition by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our services and solutions.

Collaborate with our marketing team on campaigns to boost product awareness and generate interest.

Build and maintain a thriving referral network through monthly strategic meetings.

Negotiate deals and close agreements like a pro.

Keep meticulous records in CRM, ensuring every meeting, task, and opportunity is logged.

What You Bring :

Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the tech industry.

A self-motivated, competitive attitude with a passion for sales.

Stellar communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Exceptional closing skills with the ability to overcome objections.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask like a champ.

A love for teamwork and the desire to help clients succeed with ongoing support and solutions.

A hunger to meet and exceed individual and company targets.

A willingness to dive deep into technical sales and continue learning in a fast-paced environment.
