JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Coordinator, Membership is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties associated with managing and supporting USA Football's Membership, Affiliate Program, and Sanctioned Events. This role involves collaborating with the sales team to meet with prospective affiliates, guiding affiliates and sanctioned event partners through compliance requirements and governance needs and assisting with the implementation of membership initiatives. The coordinator will travel to key targets to support the onboarding process and potential sales efforts.
Key responsibilities include maintaining detailed records and reporting on affiliate and sanctioned event data compliance, as well as reviewing affiliate and sanctioning leads with the Head of Membership to ensure alignment with USA Football's programs. The coordinator will work closely with Marketing and Sales to develop training materials and collateral, create presentations and calculators to enhance sales efforts, and engage with other departments and contractors to bolster membership initiatives.
Additionally, the Coordinator will ensure that affiliates and sanctioned events comply with USA Football's governance standards, as set forth by the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) and The Center for SafeSport. This role also includes supporting customer service requests related to membership and age-verification efforts, making it essential for the coordinator to effectively communicate membership benefits to prospective members.

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to Membership, Affiliates, and Sanctioned Events to ensure efficient operations and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to engage prospective affiliates and sanctioned event partners, providing guidance on membership implementation and compliance processes.
- Assist in onboarding new affiliates and sanctioned events by facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork and compliance requirements.
- Travel to key affiliates and prospective affiliates to support onboarding and sales initiatives and the implementation of affiliation efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on affiliate data compliance to track performance and progress.
- Work with the Head of Membership to assess affiliate and sanctioning leads, determining their suitability for USA Football's programs.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to create effective training materials, collateral, presentations, and sales calculators that enhance affiliate engagement.
- Ensure that affiliates and sanctioned events adhere to USA Football's governance requirements as established by the USOPC and The Center for SafeSport.
- Address customer service inquiries related to membership, providing timely and accurate responses to enhance member satisfaction.
- Support age-verification efforts for members, including the review of government-issued documents to ensure compliance.

Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working in sports or a membership organization, ideally a National Governing Body or other similar organization
- 1 years of presenting to internal and external constituents
- Comfort working with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Proven High Attention to Detail
- Efficient and clear communication
As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, USA Football provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, etc. The pay range for this position is as follows: $40,186 - $60,278.
This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Must meet requirements.
