Insulation Installer

We invest in people! Experienced Installers have the ability to earn over $100,000.00 yearly.

We offer a starting rate of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour and you will be given the opportunity to progress from apprentice, to journeyman, to crew lead. As you progress, you will be paid based on how much material you install. The more efficient you are – the more you can make!

Essential job duties:

· Ability to work in attics, basements and crawl spaces

· Ability to work in extreme cold and extreme hot weather conditions

· Ability to work with hand tools

· Provide customer with an excellent customer service experience every day

· Ability to work on ladders

You may be a good fit if you…

· Have a valid driver’s license

· Clean background check

· Are not afraid of heights

· Able to lift and move up to 80 lbs.

· Have knowledge of siding, home building, drills, pumps and hand tools

· Ability to troubleshoot product and installation issues

· Has at least 1-2 years of construction experience
